One-piece mixing and granulating equipment is used for granulating lithium battery anode materials before sintering silicon oxide. The equipment has a vacuum feeding system, mixing and stirring system, spraying system, rotary granulation system, automatic control system and steel platform.
Technical Specification | Parameters: |
At least 500kg of granulation (dry powder) can be satisfied in one day. | Total volume of mixing pot: 500L |
Water storage tank can meet at least 1 day's water consumption. | Working volume: 220L |
The material storage tank can meet at least 100kg of dry powder at one time. | Water storage barrel volume: 240L |
The working volume of mixing pot can meet at least 100kg of dry powder and 40kg of water at one time, and it can still run normally. | Storage barrel volume: 300L |
The residue of material in the pot is controlled at less than 5%. | Total power: 60KW |
The main mixer speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion. | Main mixing motor power: 30KW |
Atomised water spraying | Side mixing motor power: 11KW |
Vacuum feeding | Power of vacuum feeding machine: 2.2KW |
One set of mixer with 2 sets of rotary granulator | Power of quantitative water pump: 1.5KW |
Rotary granulator frequency adjustable | Rotary granulator×2 power:7.5KW×2 |
It covers less than 9 square metres and has two parts. The upper level has mixing and stirring equipment, the lower level has rotary granulation equipment, and the rest is under the platform.
This equipment makes the traditional workflow more efficient, saving money and ensuring product quality. It also reduces dust from moving powder between equipment. The work that used to need three or four people now only needs one or two.
The equipment takes 1.5 hours to granulate from feeding to granulation. It can process 400 to 500kg of dry powder per day. The equipment can be used with 500kg grade silicon oxide equipment to meet the granulation needs of at least four units.
