From May 15 to 17, 2025, the 17th China International Battery Technology Exhibition/Conference (CIBF 2025) was held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center.
As a premier global event in the new energy sector, this year’s exhibition brought together over 3,000 exhibitors worldwide, covering 280,000 square meters and attracting more than 400,000 professional visitors. CHJT made a remarkable appearance with its latest innovations—single-walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) growth equipment and experimental graphitization furnaces—becoming one of the highlights of the show.
CHJT’s independently developed SWCNT growth equipment utilizes advanced chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technology, offering two series: production-scale equipment with dual 200mm inner-diameter tubes and lab-scale equipment with an 80mm single tube.
The system excels in high purity, controllability, and scalable production, meeting diverse needs for both research and industrial applications. During the exhibition, clients from France, Japan, South Korea, and other countries showed strong interest, engaging in in-depth discussions on its technical advantages and potential applications.
The experimental graphitization furnace showcased by CHJT is designed for lab-scale process validation of materials such as graphene films, carbon paper, and polyimide (PI) films. Compact in size and featuring an air-layer insulation structure, it improves thermal efficiency while reducing energy consumption. Its intelligent temperature control system ensures stability and repeatability, earning high praise from industry professionals.
For anode materials, CHJT presented large-scale silicon oxide precursor preparation equipment and CVD coating furnaces. Notably, the 500kg silicon suboxide production system—with samples displayed on-site—boasts an advanced thermal field design, achieving a single-batch capacity exceeding 500kg, energy consumption below 16 kWh per kg, and a material collection rate ≥92%, alongside excellent control of ferromagnetic impurities. (This equipment has already supported multiple lithium battery anode manufacturers in scaling up from pilot to mass production.)
During CIBF 2025, CHJT held in-depth discussions with international enterprises and research institutions, exploring collaboration opportunities in new energy material preparation. The company’s innovative capabilities and systematic solutions gained widespread recognition. The exhibition not only reinforced its domestic market presence but also paved the way for global expansion. A lively on-site raffle added a touch of excitement, engaging numerous attendees.
The products showcased at CIBF 2025 demonstrate our expertise in bridging lab research and industrial-scale production. Moving forward, we will continue to advance material preparation technologies for the new energy sector, driving innovation in lithium battery materials and supporting the industry’s sustainable growth.
