Our capabilities include multiple heating methods such as induction heating (via custom-designed coils), resistance heating using graphite rods, Ni-Cr wires, tantalum strips, or tungsten mesh, as well as microwave and xenon lamp heating. These technologies allow us to meet different requirements for heating rate, temperature control accuracy, and thermal uniformity. In terms of material selection, we provide graphite crucibles made from isostatic graphite or carbon-carbon composites, along with high-temperature furnace linings and components using alumina, mullite, tungsten, and molybdenum.
